Dar-Libtikar is a complete support program supported by the Abdelkader Bensalah Foundation and dedicated to the success of social innovators.
This program works to build communities of actors of change in the territories by guaranteeing a sustainable dynamic, supporting innovative social solutions, and promoting the social innovation ecosystem within the territories.

Pre-incubation
Awareness sessions: Raise awareness of the principles of social entrepreneurship and social innovation. Present the Dar-Libtikar program and its incubation process. Introduction to the Sustainable Development Goals. Social Innovation Residency: LThe Dar-Libtikar Residency, focused on the Design Thinking approach, aims to: Strengthen knowledge and skills in social innovation. Identify local social issues and needs. Promote the emergence of a personal vision and a social awakening.

Incubation
Provide complete support, training, coaching, and mentoring to project leaders to develop solid and viable business models. The ideation stage focuses on generating innovative ideas and conceptualizing projects. The development and testing of prototypes aim to concretize and validate the envisaged solutions. The seed stage is dedicated to the launch of the project, ensuring its viability and initial impact.

Support the seed stage, sustainability, and durability of the projects incubated within the Dar-Libtikar program while strengthening their skills.. Strengthen entrepreneurial and technical skills to support the continued growth of incubated projects. Provide access to additional networks and resources to facilitate their expansion.

- Sensibiliser aux principes de l’entrepreneuriat social et l’innovation sociale.

Résidence de l’innovation sociale :
La Résidence de Dar-Libtikar, axée sur la démarche Design Thinking, vise à :- Renforcer les connaissances et compétences en innovation sociale.
- Identifier les enjeux et besoins sociaux locaux.
- Favoriser l’émergence d’une vision personnelle et d’un déclic social.
Incubation
Fournir un accompagnement complet, formation, du coaching et du mentorat aux porteurs de projets pour élaborer des modèles d’affaires solides et viables.
- L’étape d’idéation se concentre sur la génération d’idées innovantes et la conceptualisation de projets.
- Le développement et le test de prototypes visent à concrétiser et valider les solutions envisagées.
- L’amorçage est dédié au lancement du projet, en assurant sa viabilité et son impact initial.
Post-incubation
Soutenir l’amorçage, la durabilité et la pérennité des projets incubés au sein du programme Dar-Libtikar tout en renforçant leurs compétences.
- Renforcer les compétences entrepreneuriales et techniques afin de soutenir une croissance continue des projets incubés.
- Offrir un accès à des réseaux et ressources supplémentaires pour faciliter leur expansion.

Our social innovators are connected to their local and regional ecosystem through the networking and exhibition events organized by the program.
Training
Dar-Libtikar offers training throughout the incubation process: From ideation to social business model, including design thinking, finance and marketing.
Coaching
Local coaches from the territories are actively involved with the incubates of the Dar-Libtikar program. They aim to strengthen their individual and interpersonal skills, to facilitate the realization of their projects.
Mentoring
The mentors, who are recognized experts in their respective fields, play a crucial role in the Dar-Libtikar program. They are dedicated to guiding and supporting the social business models developed by the incubates.
Financing
The program also offers financial support for the development of prototypes and, depending on the potential of the projects, they may qualify for different types of co- financing.

Graduation of 7 projects of social entrepreneurs in the province of Safi who have concluded the Dar-Libtikar support pathway consisting of training, coaching and mentoring sessions and who have succeeded in concretely launching their projects on the market.
Training hours: Design Thinking, Social Business Model, Business Plan, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Storytelling, Pitching Art, and Leadership.
Hours of Bootcamp through 6 seminars: Integration, Ideation, Prototype, Validation, Seed stage, and Graduation.

The objectives of the certification process of the Dar-Libtikar network in Morocco are:
- Facilitate the transfer and spread of the Dar-Libtikar approach to under-supported regions
- Strengthen project leaders through access to excellent local support.
- Energize ecosystems of development actors through social innovation.
Labelling system and process
Mobilization of the actors of the territory's ecosystem.
Short-list of organizations applying for the label.
Organizational audit of shortlisted organizations: on file + visit.
Pitch to the selection committee composed of representatives of the players in the ecosystem.
Final selection of the organization to be labelled.
