The values of mutual aid and solidarity have always been part of our identity. This commitment to solidarity towards populations in need was initiated by the late Abdelkader Bensalah, founder of Holmarcom Group, and has been carried forward by the Foundation that bears his name.
Thus, the Foundation has set up an annual call for projects open exclusively to the employees of the companies of Holmarcom Group, which it has named “Holmarcom Tadamoun”. Within this framework, each employee can sponsor and supervise a civil society organisation that proposes an action or a solidarity project, anywhere in Morocco, in response to a social need of deprived populations. The winners receive a financial donation and individualised technical support to make their projects a reality.
